STIHL Timbersports
The STIHL Timbersports Series is a fifteen-year success story with fans and televised viewership throughout the U.S. and Canada. Bob Morrison is credited with the idea to support, sanction and televise selected local and regional lumberjack sporting events and thereby create an ongoing, fiercely competitive, sponsorship vehicle. CMT Advertising developed the STIHL Timbersports Series identity, trademarked it and successfully defended it from encroachment by other promoters.
